Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for your vehicle reservation is outlined as follows:

● Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time will result in a full refund.

● Cancellations made between 10 days and 72 hours before the specified pick-up time will receive a 50% refund.

● Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the specified pick-up time are not eligible for a refund.
